Litti
Wheat flour balls stuffed with sattu (roasted gram flour)
Spiced with mustard oil, garlic, ajwain, green chili, lemon
Traditionally roasted over coal or cow-dung fire, then drenched in ghee
Chokha
A rustic mash of roasted vegetables
Usually:
Baingan chokha (roasted eggplant)
Aloo chokha (boiled potatoes)
Sometimes tamatar chokha
Mixed with raw mustard oil, onion, garlic, green chili, salt, coriander
